Delivery time is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: The time it takes for items to reach your destination from our fulfilment centre. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can raise a cancellation request within the first 24 hours after placing the order.
Steps to raise a cancellation request:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to the My Account section.
- Click on Orders.
- Select the order you want to cancel.
- Click the Cancel button under the Actions column.

The cancellation button will only be visible for the first 24 hours after placing the order.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- A minimal pickup fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the order value.
- Refunds are issued as Store Credit valid for 1 year.
- Hair accessories and cloth diapers are non-returnable.
- Sale items under ₹499 are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- Items must have their original tags attached.
- Products with stains, marks, or visible damage will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

- This amount must be paid via UPI to the number provided by our support team.
- After 7 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.
- Sale items under ₹499 are not eligible for exchange.
- Please check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
- Exchange items are dispatched only after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection.
- Products must have their original tags attached.
- Items with stains, marks, or damage will not be accepted.
We recommend trying the product within the first two days of receiving it to ensure the fit and quality meet your expectations.

Returns & Exchanges
Simple steps to get started
Head to the Returns & Exchanges section on our website.
Type in your order number along with the email address or phone number you used while placing the order.
Your order will appear on screen. Choose the items you'd like to return or exchange.
Select 1 item to exchange. Pick the same product or a different one — your choice!
A small fee is charged to process your exchange request.
Once your first request is done, simply start a new one for the next item.
✨ The ₹99 fee is only charged for your first exchange — all additional exchanges are free!
You can return one or more items in a single request — no need to do them one by one.
Add clear pictures of each product you are returning.
Once your return is reviewed, store credit will be added to your account.
A processing fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the total store credit amount.
